Summary: From Oakland to SF, 14 locations, 42 talent members, and a wonderful crew over 3 days we were able to create the inaugural kickoff video for the Golden State Valkyries with one week to plan before the first shoot day.
Stress levels? HIGH.
Would I do it again? NO DOUBT.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and book production crew.
Source and secure locations and talent; manage all related bookings and confirmations.
Coordinate crew, talent, locations, and vendors from pre-production through production wrap.
Prepare and distribute call sheets to talent, clients, and crew.
Manage production payroll through Wrapbook, including collecting, completing, and submitting required documentation.
Generate and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs), talent releases, credit card authorizations, location agreements, and film permit applications.
Coordinate equipment and production rentals, catering, and travel arrangements, including international travel for the project director from South Africa
