Summary: From pre-production all the way to wrap, when the job goes off without a hitch. The client is happy, the crew is happy and most importantly well fed, nobody takes your permitted street parking, and you never have to “hold for sound”. You leave the job thinking is that it? Is it over? Interesting. My thoughts after playing a part in producing this project for Storyworth and the importance of passing down memories over Generations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate equipment and production rentals, catering, and travel arrangements for crew across three different states.
Act as point of contact for logistics for our crew, talent, locations, from pre-production through production wrap.
Prepare and distribute call sheets to talent, client, and crew.
Manage production payroll through Wrapbook, including collecting, completing, and submitting required documentation.
Generate and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs), talent releases, credit card authorizations.
Actualize budget in Saturation IO.
