Summary: Played a role in producing a hero spot for Mill, highlighting how the Mill Food Recycler helps create a more circular food system. From farm to kitchen, into the Mill Food Recycler, back to compost, and ultimately back to the farm to grow more food.
Shot over two days throughout California’s Napa Valley, this project was a great reminder that wonderful people and beautiful places can make even the busiest production days that much better.
Key Responsibilities:
Build out locations deck to present to client for approval and location signoff
Source and secure locations and featured talent; manage all related bookings and confirmations.
Coordinate equipment and production rentals, catering, and vendor relations.
Coordinate lodging for crew coming from Bay Area and distribution of per diem.
Generate and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs), talent releases, credit card authorizations.
Prepare and distribute call sheets to talent, client, and crew.
Manage production payroll through Wrapbook, including collecting, completing, and submitting required documentation.
