Summary: Produced a documentary project for Soccer Without Borders nonprofit organizations 20th anniversary. We shot over 5 days between Oakland and San Francisco to tell a story of how soccer and sports overall have a unique ability to break down cultural barriers by bringing people together through a shared passion and common goal.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Director to execute their vision for the project.
Build out schedules for each shoot day working closely with Director and DP
Source and secure locations and featured talent; manage all related bookings and confirmations.
Coordinate equipment and production rentals.
Generate and process Certificates of Insurance (COIs), talent releases, credit card authorizations.
Prepare and distribute call sheets to talent and crew.
